Weather it's waking up to my mom blasting Mary J Blige on the stereo on Saturdays or going with her to her choir rehearsals on Sundays, Thanks to my mom music has alway played a huge role in my life. I was a major Disney when I was young my favorite movie was The Lion King and so every chance I had I was always singing "I Just Can't Wait To Be King" And even making paper head masks modeled after the ones from the Stage musical and Singing "The Circle of Life". rnrnI was always the quiet child, the wallflower who always blended in with the furniture , I used to have trouble speaking my mind. Music and Art has always been my escape, When I sing I feel like I'm a whole new person with each genre I sing, like I'm the person little Mali always wanted to be in the streets Confident, Articulated, Powerful, Attractive, Loud and Proud .
